Job summary

Siena Catholic Schools of Racine is seeking a Development & Alumni Engagement Coordinator to manage the donor and alumni database, coordinate engagement initiatives, and support the advancement goals.

The role oversees Raiser's Edge, gift processing, reporting, acknowledgments, and developing alumni communications, events, and volunteer opportunities; requires an associate’s degree and at least one year in office admin.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or greater is required and at least one year related experience in office administration and use of computer software.
• Experience coordinating events, volunteers, donor stewardship, alumni engagement, or constituent relations in a nonprofit, educational, or faith-based organization is preferred.
• Ability to rapidly and accurately enter and retrieve computerized data.
• Experience in Catholic education or nonprofit setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Raisers Edge donor and alumni database, manage gift processing, reporting, acknowledgments, and financial reconciliation.
• Lead alumni communications, volunteer engagement, events, and development of the Siena Alumni Association.
• Develop annual alumni engagement strategy and coordinate reunions and volunteer leadership.
• Track fundraising performance, donor activity, and other advancement metrics; generate required reports.
• Collaborate with the Development team and support daily operations of the Development Office.
• Coordinate matching gift program and ensure proper documentation and acknowledgments.
