Job summary

Siena Catholic Schools of Racine is seeking an Development & Alumni Engagement Coordinator to manage donor/alumni data, coordinate engagement initiatives, and support fundraising efforts. The role leads communications, volunteer activities, events, and stewardship aligned with the schools' advancement goals.

The position requires data proficiency, nonprofit experience, and the ability to collaborate with the Development team in Racine, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or greater required; at least one year related experience in office administration.
• Experience coordinating events, volunteers, donor stewardship, alumni engagement, or constituent relations in nonprofit/educational/faith-based organization preferred.
• Ability to rapidly and accurately enter and retrieve computerized data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Raiser's Edge donor/alumni database; ensure data integrity and gift processing.
• Lead alumni communications, volunteer engagement, events, and association development.
• Develop and implement annual alumni engagement strategy and communications plan.
• Prepare reports tracking fundraising performance and donor activity.
• Attend meetings and support daily Development Office operations.
