Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a donor relations professional to support programs that strengthen ties with donors, alumni, volunteers, and partners. This role coordinates communications, events, stewardship activities and other initiatives to enhance the constituent experience and advance our mission.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in development, alumni relations, or related fields, with strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM experience.

• Expertise in word processing, spreadsheet, CRM/database and presentation software required.
• Ability to develop trust and collaborative working relationships with colleagues across an organization.
• Responsibility for strategy execution and the achievement of defined performance goals.
• Possess the ability to work independently as well as cohesively as a member of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years health related or educational fundraising experience.
• Experience in healthcare/education environments.

Additional Qualifications

Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
