Job summary

Harvard University’s Alumni Affairs and Development is seeking a Digital Strategist to lead the creation and management of digital content for email, social media, and web channels. You will craft short-form writing, video, and multimedia assets, and oversee day-to-day management of HAA and HCA social platforms reaching a large alumni audience.

You will design cross-channel marketing strategies to elevate storytelling, align with University priorities, and collaborate with CMS and partner teams

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the HAA and HCA social media channels, reaching 260,000+ followers with engaging content.
• Bring advanced short-form video editing skills to create and optimize video for social platforms.
• Plan and produce core marketing content; manage content calendars and production timelines.
• Monitor performance through regular social analytics and listening reports.
• Partner with HAA, FAS colleagues to shape content and campaign approaches across channels.
• Manage emails, newsletters, social, web content and multimedia assets for campaigns.
