The University of Richmond School of Law seeks an Operations Manager for Development and Alumni Relations. This role oversees annual giving, alumni relations programming, and events, reporting to the Director of Annual Giving & Alumni Relations.

You will manage data in Blackbaud CRM, coordinate communications, and support donor stewardship while collaborating across Law and University Advancement teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Annual Giving & Alumni Relations programs under strategic oversight.
• Manage gift tracking and acknowledgment/ stewardship communications.
• Coordinate Law Advancement events including invitations, staffing, and communications.
• Design and implement a student philanthropy program to foster a culture of giving.
• Serve as primary data liaison and manage donor data in Blackbaud CRM.
• Prepare mass emails and event registration pages for law alumni.
• Monitor and report performance of communications and budgets.
