Job summary

Siena Catholic Schools of Racine seeks a Development & Alumni Engagement Coordinator to manage the donor and alumni database and coordinate alumni engagement initiatives. You will lead communications, volunteer engagement, and events to strengthen lifelong relationships with the school network.

The role oversees data integrity, gift processing, reporting, acknowledgements, and financial reconciliation, while guiding the Siena Catholic Schools Alumni Association in support of advancement goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or greater is required and at least one year related experience in office administration and use of computer software.
• Experience coordinating events, volunteers, donor stewardship, alumni engagement, or constituent relations in a nonprofit, educational, or faith-based organization is preferred.
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Manage the donor and alumni database and coordinate alumni engagement initiatives.
• Lead alumni communications, volunteer engagement, and special events.
• Prepare reports tracking fundraising performance and donor activity; ensure acknowledgments and financial reconciliation.
