Job summary

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation seeks a GAC Events Manager to lead planning, sales, and marketing for the Gorecki Alumni Center and Hopper Danley Spiritual Center. You’ll coordinate with clients, vendors, and Student Event Coordinators to deliver memorable events that reflect the prestige of our facilities.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, with 1–2 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of event planning, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Ability to operate computer systems and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics with clients and venues.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts for Gorecki and Hopper Danley centers.
• Manage contracts, billing, and vendor relationships.
