Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to use various measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain prompt and reliable attendance to meet production needs.
• Perform basic math calculations for measuring, assembling, and troubleshooting.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret complex instructions, blueprints, and measuring devices.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to support company goals.
• Learn and operate multiple machines or jigs within the area.
• Rotate between tasks or stations to support production schedules, team needs, or safety recommendations.
• Maintain a steady, efficient work pace while meeting quality and production standards.
• Work overtime when required to meet customer demand.
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing PPE and reporting hazards.
