Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain necessary materials for each weld.
• Grasp and manipulate hand tools to complete welds on truck parts.
• Read and follow tank schematic.
• Assemble parts and operate overhead crane system.
• Weld parts onto partially assembled truck components.
• Lift truck parts and use tools to secure to sub-frames.
• Work in prolonged postures (bending, stooping, kneeling, standing).
• Operate welding equipment on scaffolding up to 20 feet high.
