The ideal candidate has MIG aluminum welding experience, reads blueprints, and works safely in a fast-paced fabrication environment, contributing to the Texas facility's growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Basic mathematical and measurement skills.
• Experience using hand tools associated with welding and fabrication.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding of aluminum components and assemblies.
• Set up, lay out, fit up, and tack weld precision frame weldments and brackets.
• Assemble and tack components prior to final welding.
• Square and weld various configurations with dimensional accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings as required.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools and workstations.
