Job summary

Turnkey Industries in Texas is seeking a motivated MIG Welder to join our production team. You will weld, fabricate, and ensure the structural integrity of customized trailers, with a focus on aluminium welding and some steel welding.

Work hours are 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday, on-site in Magnolia, TX. You will read blueprints, set up equipment, inspect surfaces, and perform post-processing to meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship while following safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of MIG welding experience.
• One or more years of aluminum welding experience.
• Must be able to meet safety-sensitive criteria.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding operations on trailers according to specifications and blueprints.
• Set up welding equipment, materials, and gases for each job.
• Prepare and inspect surfaces for proper fit-up and alignment.
• Join metals (aluminum, stainless steel) with high quality and craftsmanship.
• Monitor welding parameters to ensure penetration and appearance.
• Collaborate with fabricators and QC to maintain product quality.
• Perform post-processing like grinding and finishing as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a safe work environment.
• Document work performed and materials used accurately.
