This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring aluminum materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely in accordance with engineering specifications and production requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment. Experience with material processing equipment, blueprint reading, and manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
Work is performed in a manufacturing warehouse environment with regular exposure to loud noise, vibration, fluctuating temperatures, dust, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and byproducts of metal processing within OSHA-permissible exposure limits.
The role requires frequent movement through production areas involving concrete floors, metal platforms, inclines, ramps, uneven ground, and workspaces near operating machinery, forklifts, and material-handling equipment. Some tasks may occur outdoors or between buildings and may require adaptability to varying weather conditions.
Required PPE must be worn at all times, and all company safety procedures and training requirements must be followed.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods on concrete and industrial surfaces.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, crouch, climb, and maintain balance while processing materials.
Ability to navigate ramps, inclines, stairs, and production walkways throughout the facility.
Ability to perform repetitive motions while measuring, marking, processing, and handling materials.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
Ability to read measurements, specifications, computer screens, and production documentation.
Ability to safely work around moving machinery, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
This is more than an Aluminum Material Processor position. It's an opportunity to help build the manufacturing foundation of Fidelity Manufacturing's newest facility while supporting products that power critical operations across North America.
As a member of our Texas startup team, you'll play a direct role in supporting production, developing efficient processes, and helping establish the standards that will drive our future success.
If you are a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys working with materials, machinery, and precision measurements, we'd like to hear from you.
