Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing, LLC. is seeking a Stair Weld Assembler in McGregor, TX to join our growing Texas startup. You will assemble and weld stair components per drawings, maintain quality standards, and help establish production methods for backup power enclosures.

The role emphasizes hands-on fabrication, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement as we scale operations across North America.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Basic mathematical and measurement skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Prior welding, forklift, or fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld stair components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform fit-up, tack welding, grinding, and final welding operations.
• Build stair systems and maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Read measurements and ensure tolerances meet specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication tools safely.
• Support material staging and production readiness.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Identify production issues and communicate with supervision.
