Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking an Aluminum Material Processor to support aluminum processing for generator enclosures and power systems at our Texas startup facility in McGregor. The role focuses on moving, sorting, measuring, cutting, shearing, bending, and preparing material for production using manual and CNC equipment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, basic blueprint reading, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, machining, or related field.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic measuring devices.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality; good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Move raw aluminum materials and processed components throughout the facility.
• Load/unload materials on/off processing equipment and sort for operations.
• Measure and mark dimensions; cut, shear, and bend to spec.
• Prepare materials for downstream fabrication and assembly.
• Verify materials meet dimensional and quality requirements; maintain records.
• Operate equipment including shears, brakes, mitre saws, and CNC burn tables.
• Report malfunctions; conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
