HireLevel is seeking an entry-level Aluminum Welder in Sparta, IL to build your welding skills and grow with a great company. You’ll work with aluminum cable trays and components while gaining hands-on experience in a positive, supportive work environment.

You will set up and operate welding equipment, read blueprints, and finish and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience with aluminum welding.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Ability to meet drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Perform aluminum spot welding.
• Weld cable trays and components according to specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints.
• Finish and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
