Job summary

HireLevel is seeking an entry-level Aluminum Welder in Sparta, IL to build your welding skills and grow with a great company. You’ll work with aluminum cable trays and components while gaining hands-on experience in a positive, supportive work environment.

You will set up and operate welding equipment, read blueprints, and finish and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience with aluminum welding.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Ability to meet drug screening requirements.

Our client is seeking an entry-level Aluminum Welder to join their team. In this role, you’ll work with aluminum cable trays and components while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a positive, supportive work environment.

Job Title: Aluminum Welder

Job Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire

Location: Sparta, IL

Pay:$20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Perform aluminum spot welding
• Weld cable trays and components according to specifications
• Read and follow blueprints
• Finish and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:
