Job summary

EZ Loader Boat Trailers Inc in Midway, AR is seeking an Aluminum Welder to join our production team and weld aluminum trailer components according to blueprints and work instructions. You will set up welding equipment, prepare materials, and weld straps, plates, tubes, and frames with consistent quality.

You will collaborate with supervisors, leads, and quality personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining safe work habits and accurate measurement practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of related welding experience preferred.
• Prior aluminum welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate required welding tools, equipment, and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions to assemble aluminum trailer components.
• Set up and operate welding equipment for aluminum welding with proper settings and material prep.
• Perform aluminum welding on straps, plates, tubes, and frames with consistent weld quality.
• Inspect welds and assemblies for accuracy and report defects to supervisor.
• Pass in-house aluminum welding test or certification as applicable.
• Read tape measures and use calipers, micrometers, and other tools as needed.
