Job summary

ALCOM LLC in Winslow, Maine, is seeking a Production Assembler to build aluminum trailers across multiple models. You will measure, cut, drill aluminum and skins, read shop prints, and help with assembly and wiring on a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications

• Minimum: hands-on experience working with a variety of power tools.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing or construction is helpful; however, on-the-job training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble different facets of a trailer following the work order and ensure safety and quality.
• Read blueprints and work orders to deliver a quality product that meets customer demands.
• Obtain raw materials from Material Handlers and cut material to specifications.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues or deviations from the work order.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and minimize scrap.
