Job summary

ALCOM is seeking a Production Assembler in Winslow, ME to fabricate aluminum trailers. You will measure, cut, and drill aluminum, plywood, and skins, and work across all production areas. Training may include shop print reading, light assembly, and aluminum welding.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with power tools, can read blueprints, and perform with speed without sacrificing quality. The role involves standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment with strict safety

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with power tools.
• On-the-job training may be provided.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assembles trailer components per work order and blueprints.
• Reads blueprints and follows work orders to ensure quality.
• Obtains raw materials and cuts per specifications.
• Notifies supervisor of material or equipment issues.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows safety procedures.
