Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and lay out weldments.

Responsibilities

• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units per blueprints.
• Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications using measuring tools.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines to bend, cut, form, or drill.
• Smooth edges and finish welds; lift or move materials with cranes when needed.
• Follow safety policies and quality procedures at all times.
