Job summary

Express Saint Louis in Kirkwood, MO is seeking two welders with aluminum MIG/TIG experience to join a growing manufacturing team. The role covers welding, fabrication, fit-up, and finishing in both production and custom environments.

Qualifications

• MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum components.
• Aluminum welding experience preferred; fabrication and fit-up experience a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Comfort with grinders, drills, and fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies.
• Complete fabrication tasks including fitting, grinding, finishing, and assembly.
• Prepare surfaces and joints for welding; set up equipment and parameters.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols; ensure fit-up accuracy.
• Inspect welds for quality, appearance, penetration, and dimensions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
