Schaefer's Electrical Enclosures is seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication team in Missouri. The role involves welding various metals, fabricating parts, and supporting production processes.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience (aluminum or stainless), a high school diploma, and the ability to read a tape measure and follow SOPs. Welding certification is preferred, and applicants must stay safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years MIG and/or TIG welding experience on aluminum or stainless.
• Welding certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Use standard industry tools and machinery.
• Knowledge of material types and gauge thickness.
• Prepare product for the next production step by checking defects in detail and/or cosmetic appearance.
• Report defective materials or quality concerns.
• Perform all essential functions/duties within quality requirements.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow all required safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
