Accelera is seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our aluminum boat production team. This full-time role features a four-day schedule with optional Friday overtime and a starting base pay of $23.67 per hour, with adjustments based on background and experience.

You will weld aluminum alloys, measure components with tape measures and squares, operate power tools, and help ensure top-quality assemblies in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques on aluminum.
• Competence with precision measurement instruments like tape measures and squares.
• Foundational mechanical skills and assembly experience.
• Safe operation of power and hand tools (drills, riveters, sanders, grinders).
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and maneuver in confined areas for long shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in high-temperature environments.
