Job summary

Reliance One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder for a precision manufacturing client. You will MIG/TIG weld aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel components to customer specs while reading blueprints and GD&T data.

The role supports quality activities, uses CMM reports for troubleshooting, and involves a 4‑day workweek with a 2nd shift (3:30 PM–2:00 AM). Previous robotics welding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of welding experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on TIG and/or MIG aluminum welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• AWS Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment
• Weld aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel components as required
• Utilize CMM reports to troubleshoot builds and achieve acceptable first piece
• Maintain accurate job documentation for production runs
• Load and operate robotic welding equipment in automatic mode
• Perform necessary repairs to assemblies following robotic welding
• Investigate and correct issues identified during build or inspection
• Work with Quality Assurance on part layouts and inspections
