You will weld aluminum alloys, measure components with tape measures and squares, operate power tools, and help ensure top-quality assemblies in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques on aluminum.
  • Competence with precision measurement instruments like tape measures and squares.
  • Foundational mechanical skills and assembly experience.
  • Safe operation of power and hand tools (drills, riveters, sanders, grinders).
  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and maneuver in confined areas for long shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in high-temperature environments.

Job description

Compensation: Base pay begins at $23.67 per hour, with adjustments based on your specific background.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with additional Friday hours required when necessary.

We are seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join a manufacturer focused on aluminum boat production. This role is perfect for those who possess a background in aluminum welding and find satisfaction in hands-on craftsmanship and high-quality output.

This position features a consistent four-day schedule with potential Friday overtime. We are looking for self-starters who are reliable, motivated, and capable of balancing independent tasks with collaborative team efforts.
