Job summary

SlateUp, Inc. is seeking a skilled aluminum welder for our 2nd shift. Join a fast-paced team producing precise MIG and TIG welded parts and read blueprints to meet quality standards.

You will use tape measures and calipers, handle setup and inspection, and contribute to a safe, clean work area while training teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of aluminum MIG/TIG welding experience.
• Able to read blueprints, follow instructions, and operate hand tools.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (75+ lbs with team lift or device).

What we're looking for
