Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking a Group Leader in Bedford, IN. The candidate will lead a team of roughly 20 production workers to melt and supply molten aluminum to the production operation, assign manpower, track timekeeping, and uphold safety and contract work rules.

The role focuses on maintaining a safe, productive, and engaged work area while ensuring compliance with all applicable policies. Experience in similar roles or around molten aluminum is preferred; education or training is a plus.

• Experience around molten aluminum would be a plus.
• Experience in a similar role or possessing knowledge, experience, and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed is required/advantageous.
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
