• Experience operating buffing/grinding tools and applying finishing techniques.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to flawless results.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
