DEPARTMENT: Finishing

JOB TITLE: Finishing Helper

REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Lead

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 12-Hour rotating Day Shift Position (7 AM-7PM)

STARTING PAY: $20.35 per hour / with the ability to earn more

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finishing Helper to join our team. In this role you will be ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our finishing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the operation and maintenance of our finishing equipment, preparing and handling aluminum components, and supporting the overall finishing process to guarantee that all products meet specified requirements. This position requires a strong focus on safety and quality, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with various finishing techniques. What You Will Be Responsible For

Work Environment / Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Required to Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
