WorkRocket in the Fort Lauderdale area is seeking an experienced Fabrication & Finishing Technician. You will bring hands-on experience to the finishing team, measuring, cutting, and fitting aluminum sheets and components to a high standard.

You’ll work with minimal supervision, help set the quality bar for the team, and play a key role in training newer crew members while enjoying a stable day shift and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in carpentry, cabinetry, sheet metal, fabrication, or RV/boat/trailer manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Measure, lay out, cut, and fit aluminum sheet and trim accurately from drawings and specs.
• Operate power tools and shop equipment safely – saws, drills, shears, riveters.
• Inspect own work and catch issues before units leave the line.
• Help train and support newer team members.
