Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs on machinery.
• Lead and coordinate shift operations for senior levels.
• Promote safe, reliable, energy-efficient operations and documentation.

• Strong hands-on expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance within extrusion or heavy engineering.
• Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanical systems, HT/LT power distribution, and automation
• Hands on experience of PLC troubleshooting, VFD parameters, and machine controls
• Ability to conduct structured troubleshooting for recurrent mechanical/electrical issues
• Exposure to predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, thermal cameras, and condition monitoring
• Strong diagnostic ability with experience using maintenance problem-solving tools
• Leadership skills to guide teams and manage shift operations (for senior levels)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross functional coordination skills
• Proactive approach to safety, reliability improvement, and energy optimization

Qualification

Experience: 3 – 15 Years Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Industry Preference: Aluminium Extrusion
