Job summary

You will manage development programs, coordinate agile practices, and ensure alignment with strategic plans while delivering tangible client-focused capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, accounting or related field.
• Experience implementing AI process solutions.
• Minimum of 5–8 years within the Alternative industry.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Jira, Clarity and other development tools.
• Experience presenting to senior management on status and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead/execution of alternative development programs focused on Hedge.
• Partner with client-facing, product, global delivery and technology teams.
• Utilize AI tools to manage program documentation, business cases and plans.
• Facilitate program governance, risk, audit and compliance reporting.
• Serve as product owner or BA for agile programs: define epics, stories, priorities and testing.
• Collaborate across units to share practices and improve capability for new features.
• Coordinate status meetings and provide senior-management updates on progress.
• Apply firm strategy knowledge to solution design and development phases.
