Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial industry work experience in a Product, Project or Program Management role.
• Experience in implementing AI process solutions.
• MBA or PMP a plus; prior PM/Change/Consulting in business transformation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence – reporting, setups, Advanced Roadmaps; proficiency in Excel/Project/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, product roadmap, business case, objectives, product requirements, and wireframes.
• Use AI to build efficiencies in the project & program management processes.
• Document overall program schedule, milestones, and cross product dependencies – leverage existing forums and collateral.
• Document and share project and process improvement opportunities.
• Host forums for project ‘deep dives’ and influence scope, solution approach and delivery timelines for cross-project dependencies.
• Participate in and model business, process, and data analysis of complex data and visualization including requirements, architecture, data flows, and wireframes.
• Consult with business unit management to analyze requirements and surface real needs.
• Partner with technology and Operations for rollout of enhanced project status reporting via Atlassian toolkit.
• Participate in change management forums to understand timing and impact of project changes – scope, budget, schedule.
• Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates and PM reports; communicate with scrum teams, owners and product to keep roadmap on track
