You will coordinate onboarding and ongoing servicing for fund investors, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate client support. The position requires an undergraduate degree, asset management experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Experience at an asset management firm with client servicing in institutional channels.
• Alternatives experience with multiple strategies in a client servicing context.
• Financial acumen and ability to discuss concepts clearly.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and understand servicing needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent follow-through and strong English grammar.
• Strong critical thinking, able to analyze and interpret data.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and ongoing servicing for Alternatives investors.
• Support subscriptions/closings, onboarding docs, notices, periodic reporting packages, and ad‑hoc data requests.
• Participate in client meetings and events with solid preparation and follow-up.
• Assist in creating and managing team policies, procedures, and templates.
• Proactively identify client experience improvements and servicing efficiencies and drive changes.
• Understand broader JPMorgan Chase client relationships and the client’s relationships with other asset managers and consultants.
