Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Experience at an asset management firm with a client-servicing background.
• Exposure to multiple Alternatives strategies in a client servicing context.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss concepts clearly and confidently.
• Ability to build strong internal and client relationships and understand servicing needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results.
• Excellent written and spoken English with stellar grammar.
• Strong analytical, synthesize and interpret data skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and ongoing servicing for Alternatives investors, including client and third-party interactions.
• Support the servicing lifecycle for Alternatives, including subscriptions/closings, onboarding docs, notices, reporting, and data requests.
• Participate in client meetings and events with thorough preparation and action tracking.
• Assist in creating and maintaining team policies, procedures, and templates.
• Identify client experience improvements and drive initiatives to implement changes.
• Understand the broader client relationship with JPMorganChase and related asset managers.
