Job summary

JPMorganChase Asset Management seeks a Client Account Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences for investors across institutional, intermediary, and Private Bank channels. You will coordinate onboarding and ongoing servicing for fund investors, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate client support.

The role emphasizes managing client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of high-quality servicing across Alternatives strategies and client segments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Experience at an asset management firm; background in client service for institutional clients.
• Alternatives exposure across multiple strategies (Real Assets, Private Equity, Direct Lending, etc.) in a client servicing context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing servicing for Alternatives investors; manage client and third-party interactions.
• Support subscriptions/closings, onboarding docs, notices, and reporting packages.
• Participate in client meetings and events; maintain prep and action-item follow-up.
