Job summary

CSU Stanislaus is seeking a Student Assistant to support the Office of Disability Resources. You will create course materials in alternate formats, proofread OCR results, listen to MP3s and compare them with printed originals, scan and edit text and images, and perform data entry.

Applicants must be enrolled in at least six Fall/Spring units (undergrad) or four units (graduate). Start on August 10, 2026 and end by May 31, 2027, with possible reappointment.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
  • Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.

Responsibilities

  • Create course materials in alternate format for students with disabilities (you will be trained).

Background Clearance Notice
