Mott MacDonald in Boston, MA seeks an Alternative Delivery Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure programs using Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and CMAR. You’ll advise clients, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive project success from procurement through design and construction.

The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, expanding the Alternative Delivery practice, and delivering major New England infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related.
• PE/DBIA/PMP/CCM or equivalent credentials preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience delivering complex programs.
• Experience leading projects using alternative delivery methods (DB, Progressive DB, CMAR).
• Strong relationships with public/private clients in New England transportation and infrastructure are a plus.
