Job summary

Choctaw Defense Services is seeking an experienced Alternate Program Manager to support Base Operations & Maintenance at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. You will act as the deputy to the Program Manager, ensuring contract oversight and serving as the primary contact with the U.S.

Government. You will lead day-to-day contract operations, manage staffing, and help ensure quality and performance meet contract objectives while coordinating with government counterparts and installation

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Experience managing large operations and maintenance contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and executives.
• English proficiency and clear reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Alternate Program Manager for BOM at Fort Stewart and HAAF.
• Assume full Program Manager authority during the Program Manager's absence.
• Oversee day-to-day contract operations, staffing, and performance.
• Assist in PM/OWO/DMO management using GFEBS and COE tools.
• Coordinate with installation leads and government officials on requirements.
