Qualifications

• Previous fitting, tailoring and sewing experience preferred (2–3 years).
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate sewing and pressing machinery and alterations equipment.
• Flexible working schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and alter garments to ensure proper fit.
• Perform and complete customer fittings and alterations on time.
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize alterations needs.
• Collaborate with Alterations & Store Team to meet productivity goals.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, and construction.
