Role & Responsibilities

The CSR in Alterations plays a vital role in our store operations, focusing on customer engagement, appointment management, garment pressing, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

1. Greet and assist customers warmly in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
2. Manage customer flow using all store systems to ensure a five-star experience.
3. Meet service standards including welcoming, needs assessment, and emotional support.
4. Build long-term customer relationships, address concerns confidently, and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Promote alterations services and customization options.
6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, uphold dress code standards.
7. Assist with garment pressing, steaming, and quality checks before delivery.
8. Support inventory processes and handle transactions accurately.

Physical & Education Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Previous sewing experience is a plus, along with familiarity with POS systems.
