Job summary

Encompass Services, LLC is seeking an energetic Surveyor-in-Training to support ALTA/NSPS land title surveys for Wind and Solar developments across the United States. The role emphasizes boundary analysis, title review, and high-volume survey production.

Ideal candidates have AutoCAD Civil 3D experience, field crew coordination, and a solid grasp of ALTA standards. You will draft plats and exhibits, supervise field teams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for large-scale developments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across states and work independently.
• Experience with field QA/QC and boundary analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist RPLS in ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey projects for Wind and Solar developments nationwide.
• Perform deed and title research, including Schedule B review and easement analysis.
• Conduct boundary analysis and resolve title conflicts.
• Draft ALTA plats and survey exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with title companies, project managers, and clients to meet requirements.
• Lead field crews and review survey data for ALTA compliance.
• Travel for field work and support project coordination.
