Job summary

Safe Life US LLC is hiring for an Operations Coordinator who will own the ALS workflow from order handoff to final shipment. You will coordinate production priorities across multiple teams, identify delays, and drive timely resolutions while maintaining strict order accuracy and inventory balance.

The role is hands-on in the warehouse and production floor, requiring inspection, cleaning, and proper handling of ALS devices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Based in Brentwood, TN or able to reliably commute.
• Experience managing multiple open orders and deadlines.
• Experience catching order-entry errors before shipping.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ALS operational workflow from order handoff to final shipment.
• Coordinate production priorities across Order Management, Receiving, BioMed, Production, Warehouse Operations, and Shipping.
• Identify delays and drive resolution with the appropriate owner.
• Balance customer priorities with inventory and production capacity.
• Inspect incoming ALS units and components for damage and accuracy.
• Clean and sanitize devices per established protocols.
• Communicate order-entry issues to the correct owner and ensure corrections are completed.
• Maintain ALS items, BOMs, configurations in the ERP system.
• Serve as the primary Operations contact for ALS orders.
