Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Liaison (SAL) to support the launch and growth of its Rare Neurology Franchise.

This field-based role will communicate complex clinical data, screening pathways, and access programs to ALS Centers of Excellence, health care providers, and key stakeholders. The SAL will drive performance while collaborating with cross-functional partners to advance patient care and meet Otsuka’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand complex disease states and articulate clinical data clearly.
• Educate on screening, diagnostic pathways, and urgent treatment initiation.
• Develop relationships with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Explain access and patient support programs to drive prescribing.
• Represent education at conferences and scientific meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage ALS Centers of Excellence to advance Otsuka objectives.
• Develop regional strategic account plans using insights from data sources.
• Navigate site-of-care logistics, patient onboarding, and therapy initiation barriers.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Patient Support to remove access barriers.
