Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC seeks a Program Management Analyst for ALRE support at Lakehurst, NJ. You’ll assist in developing, fielding, and supporting ALRE systems used to launch and recover aircraft from Navy ships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of program management experience; knowledge of DoDI 5000.2 and NAVSEA processes is preferred. On-site work with strong cross-functional collaboration and lifecycle support duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of relevant program management analytical experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Propose actions to address programmatic issues in acquisition and life-cycle support.
• Recommend methods to implement policy and regulation for acquisition planning.
• Prepare Acquisition Requirements Packages per DoDI 5000.2.
• Develop and transmit GFE, GFI, and engineering data for NAVSEA programs.
• Prepare POA&Ms with cost, manpower, justifications and budgets.
• Collect and analyze budget requirements and track execution.
• Manage program management data and reviews.
• Assist in contract execution and contract modifications.
• Support project planning, schedules, deliverables and performance tracking.
• Identify and communicate program risks and issues.
