Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support the ALRE department at NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ. The role involves assisting program offices in development, production, fielding, and sustainment of current and next-generation ALRE systems used to launch and recover aircraft from Navy ships.

You will prepare ARPs, staff major milestones, develop contract requirements, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and support program reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of ten years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplined programs.
• Minimum of five years of experience with Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) or Support Equipment (SE).
• Knowledge of land-based and shipboard ALRE environments.
• Experience with ACAT/AAP programs or programs of comparable size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support to ALRE IPTLs, including staffing ARPs per DoDI 5000.2 for high-priority projects.
• Draft acquisition program documents and plans and support milestone reviews.
• Assist teams in developing contract requirements and evaluating proposals.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and supportability analyses.
• Assess impacts of new/modified systems and ECPs, directives, and provisioning docs.
• Prepare POA&Ms including cost, manpower, justifications, and budget submittals.
• Provide design and in-service support for ALRE systems and installations.
• Manage recurring/ad hoc program reporting requirements.
• Coordinate program management reviews and evaluate performance metrics.
