Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii is seeking team members who embrace the local culture and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on maintaining the Voyager 47 Club lounge and upholding Outrigger’s aloha service standards.

You will assist guests across breakfast, cocktail hours, and other service periods, with attention to inventory, setup, and teamwork. The opportunity includes growth through development programs and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Attends to all duties related to the Voyagers 47 club lounge, including daily set-up and breakdown and food & beverage service during breakfast, cocktails, and other meal periods.
• Manages ordering and monitoring of food & beverage inventories and ensures necessary equipment and supplies for smooth operations.
• Maintains a flexible work schedule with a strong service orientation and collaborates well with team members.
