Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments desirable.
• Excellent guest service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while adhering to service standards.
• Assist guests with resort facilities and local activities.
• Promote and upsell accommodations and resort services.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling.
• Ensure lobby cleanliness and knowledge to guide guests.
