Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• ALM experience and treasury knowledge preferred.
• Experience leading projects, processes, or team members.
• Background in liquidity management, interest rate risk analysis, investments, or financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and optimization of the Asset Liability Management (ALM) program and financial modeling platform.
• Perform interest rate risk analysis, net interest income forecasting, liquidity stress testing, and balance sheet sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for ALCO, the Finance Committee, executive leadership, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Manage the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) process, including rate curve development and profitability reporting.
• Monitor and administer investment, liquidity, borrowing, brokered CD, and loan participation portfolios.
• Oversee collateral management, government-guaranteed education loan portfolio reporting, and related compliance activities.
• Support derivative activities, collateral posting requirements, and treasury-related reporting.
• Coordinate audit, examination, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Provide leadership, process improvement, and operational support for Treasury functions.
