PNC is seeking an Asset and Liability Management (ALM) Associate Director to contribute to the Chief Investment Office, managing risk, capital, and liquidity initiatives within the CIO Office. The role involves collaboration with senior portfolio managers and CIO leadership on strategic governance projects and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigour, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to influence decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications welcomed.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project-management skills.
• Deep understanding of bank balance sheets and fixed income markets.
• Experience with regulatory examinations or swap dealer regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior staff in regulatory, governance, and CIO Office initiatives.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers and subject-matter experts on assignments.
• Oversee new analytics projects, including management reports to meet goals.
• Make recommendations based on markets, macroeconomics, and regulatory requirements.
